Frequently asked questions
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
Twice a year is right for most homes. If you live near construction, lots of trees or sprinklers that hit the glass, every three to four months keeps them looking their best.
Do I need to be home?
Not for outside-only cleaning, as long as we can get into the yard. For inside windows, someone needs to be there to let us in.
What if it rains right after you clean?
Rain on clean glass usually dries without much spotting. Most spots you see after rain come from dirt that was already on the window, so clean windows hold up better.
Can you remove hard water stains?
Usually, yes. Mild and moderate mineral buildup comes off with our hard water treatment. Glass that has been etched for years may not fully clear, and we'll tell you up front when we quote.
